I think I've got most of the wiring sorted out except three wires on the original ECU.

What does the OT, VF, and VB pins do?

Also they all go to dead ends so do I need them?

OT goes to an emission control comp. Scratch him!
VF test connector. Scratch him also!
VB goes to airflow meter, this one is required.
