looks good. i was gonna buy an 84 prelude a few years ago when i got my license but somehow ended up with a 84 celica instead.
Do you know if any of the gen 2's had electric mirrors or was it an option?

mine doesnt have electric mirrors but i think they came standard in most hondas like integras and preludes around 1988 but im not sure. just pm me with any details u would like and i will give u any info u like. Also i was a bit skeptical about it being twin-carbied and not efi when i was buying it but once i drove it i loved it. It starts without the accelator first go every time and doesnt missfire and the throttle response feels really sharp and the sidedraft carbs give it a nice induction roar so its worth considering even though its not fuel-injected

about 290000kms on the clock but for an 84 model car kays r a bit irrelevant as most of the things that were gonna go wrong probably already went wrong and have been fixed

well i dont think u read in the original post about the car just having been resprayed thus the paint is still raw , u can get someone buff it pretty cheap and it will come up like new. I would have done it already but the paint is still new and i wanna leave it for longer before it gets buffed. But if ur worried about the kays on a 20 year old car...... to anyone else whos interested, new price $2000 ono, must be sold by next week

Should've wound the clock back.
With that many kms on the clock all sorts of things could go wrong.
Its just the age, it'll happen to any car.
From the pics it seems to be in good nick thou, i just dont need a second car at the moment.

well with over a quarter of a million kays, anything major that was going to go wrong would have gone wrong and been fixed by now, incidentally the previous owner had the engine, gearbox, cvs, front and rear suspension, brakes and clutch all replaced, not important though, sold it saturday morning after 3 days in the trading post
