Hi looking for parts for my sprinter... does amyone know of a place that specialises in sprinters like celicaspares caters for celicas ?

I just want a few bits here and there to finish project.

Any info appreciated

If you go to ur nearest travel agent you can book yourself a flight to the land of the rising sun, cuz thats your closest bet to finding a specialist wrecker place that deals with ae86 specifically only.

If you need spares, wrecks seldomly turn up at some places but expect just a rusted out junk of metal before you turn up, as it will most probably be raped of all goodies anyway.

These places include Nippon autospares in Blacktown, Graham's autospares in Smithfield, and other Jap places such as Japspares in Kirrawee etc etc.

Your best bet is to look on these forums and PM old posts.......

Toyota still sell quite a lot of parts, mainly mechanical and interior but I dont know about panels and such. The prices range from very cheap to very expensive though.

just the driving light switch panel ...
it is a round analog one that goes from OFF, DRIVING to ON turning clockwise...

the contact from the plug is stuffed and loose, and i just want to replace the unit..

Ring up toyota and see what they can do, probably quicker if you can find the part number but its not crucial. Might end up quite expensive so second hand might then be the way to go.

Ok definately secondhand then....

Know how you feel, I needed a new fuel level sender unit, $300 new but I found one for $50 secondhand. Works good too...

Ah yes, I need spares too lol...
I have an idea, stop dissing the guys who just watched Initial D thinkin its real and wanting to buy an AE86, long as it is not a special one....
Let them drift it and ride it off.. so we can al have access to an amount of domestic sprinter spares!!~
