Wanted AE86 $10k to spend in Sydney only

Hi all,
I had been looking for a 2nd runabout car (as my R32 GT-R guzzles too much fuel). I had been eyeing that GT4. I had been eyeing that AE86 coupe too. But instead I ran out and bought a KIA Spectra for $13.5k and it sux so I am now selling that and I'm after a rear wheel drive runabout instead.
I have $10k to spend. It has to have the following:
Long rego (12 months prefered)
Live in Sydney so I can get an NRMA inspection done on it
Be legal (no bovs, non engineered mods etc)
I know I am meant to be looking hard, but I thought posting this can't hurt.
