for $3500, you'll get the aus spec sprinter, alarm with central lock, 3' muffler... 13" mag wheels with new tyres(very good looking wheel)... the rest will be all original...
rust under right rear mirror and under left rear brake light.
What parts are you interested? I'd prefer to sell the car first then the parts left... but let me know what you want and maybe we can work something out.
P.S. windows is tinted very nicely.

how must rego? is it just surface rust or does it need repair?
how much with the suspension parts?
im looking at spending around 3500 to 4000 (but will still need a good deal) how is the motor? how many km's and any accidents?

3" muffler
Front and Rear adjustable shocks
JDM front strut with brake (New JDM Disc)(what do you mean by this?)
New king springs lowered (how much?)
New Sparco Seat with Sparco rail
also i will need pictures of the rust and other parts of the car. as i will probably fly down one way i'd want to make sure everything is all good ill need good pics of:
engine
ANY rust damage
interior
inside doors (common rust/bog area)
boot and boot lid
outside car
i am looking to spend around $4000.

umm... since I need some cash soon.. so the first who come inspect it who make me an reasonable offer will drive it away. I'll try to post some pics soon since I lost my digital camera last month so I have to borrow someone else one.
Anyway.. if you're interested to have a look, give me a call at 0421 725 115... I've everything put on currently, if you're willing to buy it (all or partly) and put down some deposit, then just give me a few days to pull away those parts that you don't want.
45aken: sorry but I want more for what you want in the list.. the sparco seat itself (new) cost $445 + the rail $125 + custom frame for AE86 (not cheap but I'm not gonna add cost for it) + MP3(new) $199 .. for the listed item you want, I'd say about $5000. As I said, I can sell with the just the suspension mod (front strut,shocks,springs(new),vented disc(new)) if you can affort $4300.. I may consider droping a bit if you're serious
