The one with the mesh between the rear lights that has a "MR2" in the middle. I don't know the codes. The new MR2 is ugly as f*ck!.

thats what i love about the aw11. Small light chuckable, think Lotus (drivers car) as aposed to the sw20 (think porsche etc)

I always thought sports cars were MEANT to be small and underpowered, so I'll stick with my AW11, thankyou.
As for ugly, well you can't see it from the drivers seat. And we AW11 drivers prefer the term - character.

aw11 as it's a no fuss straight ahead sports car....
The rear is unshamedly boxy! which I like
sw20 looks tooo 'poormans ferrari/lambogini' inspired.
sw20 still shits all over other car manufacturers efforts though

I just love the type of style it has. That said I also love the style of the widebody camry, the UZZ31 soarer and the JZA80. To me there is a similar themed style to them all that I like.

Probably early/mid/late 90's look. The st184/5 had the same type of styling too.
And definately mid 90's for the soarer as the '95 on models look real sexy.

I like big butts haha my car look so shiny after a good wash! love the sw20s got that bit more style, where the aw11 is more of a hardcore sports car the sw20 has a bit more creature comforts which is great for daily driving! love them both though!

The AW11 is definately my favourite, it handles far better than the SW20 and looks better than the spider.
On the other hand I like the looks of the SW20 and the spider handles really nice.
I think I'll go for:
An AW11 with a gen3 3S-GTE, just bought the half cut to get this under way.
An SW20 with the 1MZ-FE
A ZZW30 with a 2ZZ-GE and siz speed.
Oh well maybe not the last two for a while, I'd probably rather just keep the 3S AW11 and buy an export Lotus elise that comes with the 2ZZ-GE and six speed.

Bloody Sw20 drivers!!!! Theres atleast 10 examples of this conversion done around the world so far!! IF you struggle to see that i'd hate to put an image of the "toystar" (v8 mk1), the supercharged v6 in the us etc.!!!

I realy don't like the tail lights of the AW11. Something about them puts me off. And I can't say for drivability 'cuz I haven't driven either. So SW20 for me. But that's just based on looks and displacement realy.

The dodgey Australian tail lights do look rather average however teh supercharged AW11 had far nicer lights.
I have the SC lights and just the other day I had a Toyota head looking at it saying he should buy an AW11 because the back looks so good.

No John,Igot a D1ckhead of an engineer here that made it all too bloody hard so i put it off for a while but i am keen to get it happening again soon.It is easy to put things off because i still have the blue aw11 sc to play with.

I love all MR2'S be it aw11,SW20 or MK3 ZZ's.
I suppose it is mid engined sports cars in general,if i could afford a ferrari testarossa or lotus esprit turbo they would be parked in my garage now but the aw11 sc is a totally satisfying substitute and a classic in it's own right.

Of course I would prefer the AW11.... Well my AW11 to be exact. I dont mind SW20s either, But Im a driver, and compared to the SW20 in that respect. The AW11 wins Hands down.
