i just got a puppy last week, 8 week old shitzu/maltese/highland terrier. The day before i am picking it up my brother decided to get an 8 week old kitten. they fight lots, the dog wins more at the moment. pretty funny stuff when they go all out

My cat Ripley (as in Ellen Ripley, killer of aliens, from the movies...) who helped us re-assemble the RA40:
she's got no tail as a result of running out in front of a BMW - so i guess it's a good thing that they have ABS otherwsie i couldn't have taken the picture...
also, being black all over, it's very hard to get a good picture of her...

This is the brother of My girlfriends cat that I bourght her for xmas year before last. Pure Breed Bengal cat. My girlfriends cat has Nearly identical. I don't have good pix of her cat yet.

Look at those ears! 
The Bengal Cat is a direct desendant of the Asian Leopard Cat.
Was cross bred with a docile breed of Tabby to bring out the "rosettes" that make it look wild. my Cat is only 7 generations from the original cross breed and not all of the wild instinct is out of her yet. Only the other day I had her out in the yard with me and a magpie landed on top of a wall near the door crowing and coodling, I looked around to see where the cat was as I hadn't seen her "hunt" before. She was flat low on the ground and was making strange noises. I hadn't heard these before so I sat and watched intruiged she sat there for about 20 seconds making all these funny sounds then she prowled closer to the wall till she was about 2 metres away from the bird and proceeded to make the same noise as the Magpie (as much as a cat's voice can mimmic (but if i wasn't looking I wouldn't have known the difference) she basiclly sat in the spot till she could match the birds noise the mimmiced it to catch the bird!
She also has traits more like a dog than a cat, she follows you everywhere, plays "fetch", but doesn't take over the house like the other cat we have. And she likes to climb... anything. I had to build a 7ft high scratchie pole to stop her getting up on top of the blind runners and scratching the walls.
And like all Cats She hates me, and won't come near me!
