Alternator will interchange.
Air con compressor won't, not 100% on the mounting bracket tho, I don't think it will as the compressor definatly wont.??

Alternator - depends on what year 5MGE.
If it is an early one (like mine), the alternator pulley uses twin v belts. I believe all the 5ME's used a single multi-v alternator belt. Watch out for this.
