3TGTE Air Filter and Adaptor Plate

I'm just wondering if anybody knows of an easily obtainable air filter that comes with an adaptor plate suitable to fit the 3TGTEUs AFM. The unifilter site is not working for me so if you know a part number or anything that would be great!

I just had an exhaust shop make one. Think it was $20 or so! Unifilter did make one but I found the plate was too small and there was a small section where air/dirt/etc could get in.
