Clean your throttle body and check and double check for air leaks, your tps might out of alignment, how does it drive.
If the tps is out of alignment it'll over fuel or under fuel majority of the time throughout the rev range, especially under load.

My 4AGE does the same thing. Can sit quite happily (esp. after a long drive) at 700rpm or can consistantly sit as high as 1300

well id have to say, power wise the car feels really weak, but its a very smooth drive. ive never had the car on the road before, so i dont have anything to compare it to. basically its gutless to 4000rpm. then theres a little power surge from then on in.
any ideas on how to check the tps?
i sprayed stuff over the manifold and found no air leaks... dunno
i jus hope im not leaning out the engine and doing damage to it
