sorry hotrolla, deposit taken last night. Dont need to be negotiable when the car is already fantastic value for money.

Dude, everyone pays cash or bank chq, it makes no difference thats how sellers expect to get paid. you may get a few $100 off the price because no one will turn a sale away for 3 or 4 hundred dollars, but can you REALLY call this a negotiable price?

tightarse gea u know u could afford it neway Twisted Evil

oh yea cash is a big differance compared to a bank cheque or direct deposit, theres no record of you recieving the money so it cant be seen as income, also cash is more convienent and safest way, because bank cheques might bounce, direct deposit can take days to clear and u get hit with fines if u wana take the money out

If it's a proper "Bank Cheque" with the bank name and all at the top, then it cannot bounce - they withdraw the money before writing the cheque, and if it bounced then I'd be thinking the government would love to know about it... Smile

If you don't want a record of the transaction, don't use a bank cheque.

Personally, I wouldn't use cash to buy anything of this amount for the simple fact that cash offers you, the buyer, no protection from dubious characters who'd love to roll you for the wad you're carrying... Razz

Anyway, congrats on the sale! Smile
