OMG - do you mean Lockyer Waters? which is in the Lockyer Valley? which is below Toowoomba? and is about half way between Toowoomba and Ipswich?

<pauses>

why?

... as a former student of the Uni at Toowoomba, the few things that part of the world had going for it was:
-cheap food
-cheap pubs (kind of)
-cheap rent
-cheap uni (at the time)
-relatively short drive to brisbane (5 adults in a galant)
-local hicks were too stupid to realise all of the above was the only reason we lived there

the Lockyer district is only a short drive from the thriving metropolis of Toowoomba and Gatton is the town in the centre of it.

good luck Wink

drags are at willowbank: <www.willowbank-raceway.com.au/>
also sometimes at the fassifern carclub @ kalbar
possibly elsewhere?

get a copy of "Queensland Street Car" magazine <www.drivepublishing.com.au> - has a list of clubs at the back and info about regular events

as for dyno - a few folks have suggested redcliffe dyno - but who know? not me...

There is one guy who has a Dyno and a really good rep for Dyno tuning cars..

The Dyno doesn't do printouts but he is a fantastic tuner and is an ex race mechanic...

His name is Mike Vine and hes located out the back of capalaba, the company name is Mike Vine Turbo...

Friend had his S13 tuned out there and it was like driving a completely different car (tons more power)

im sorry to have to do this but ive live in ipswich and well we park 6 cars in our front yard and have neva had a problem with them bein stolen unless u park at a train station.

as for performance shops u would have better luck with finding one on the moon.

one more thing if ur eva in ipswich neva piss neone off as they will destroy your car, spray piant ur letter box, rock/egg your house and steal your dog

thats my 2 cents

I have also heard that nobody in brissy area can tune EMS's? I really don't know why this is. I suppose your best bet for tuning most cars would be chiptorque or redcliffe dyno and performance.

so have you moved yet? Wouldn't mind seeing your car some time Smile Sounds like a bit of a beast.
