4AGZE to AE86, Alternator probs

Having problems with the alternator. i've been told that the AE95??? bracket fit's onto the GZE and moves the alternator up out of the way so it's not fouling on evrything. Does anybody know if this is true? or if there is any other way of getting around it?

Run a Whiteline 24mm swaybar. My GZE alternator just misses it.
Or weld up your own mount for the alternator further up. Easiest if you don't run aircon and power steering.

SV21 alternator bracket with a cut down GZE alternator and custom top bracket if you arent running aircon or power steering.
i can provide some pics of my custom bracket and if your interested i can make 1 for you for a reasonable price. ill just leave polishing the stainless up to you.

Thanks. the car has no air con or pwr steering. so i don't have to worry about that.
