I find being around some gay people uncomfortable. It's like they are "gay" 'cuz it's the new thing to do. Like they do it for shock value or something. I thought I was just being stupid and homophobic until I found out that one of my mates from work was gay. I felt comfortable around him before, and after I found out.
As for Mirium, I haven't seen the show, but I did see her/his picture posted on Clowns thread about his Avatar chick. Yes I did think she/he was hot. Yes I also though there was something wrong that I couldn't figure out.

Miriam is probably the hottest guy I've ever seen 
I just think we shouldn't give a crap about what people screw...I'm personally sticking with women myself, I just don't find the idea of being in bed with a guy 'erotic'. But hey, if that floats your boat, not a problem with me.
