Ive found this program that i use for games uploading on my 6110 but i dont know if ringtones can be uploaded. Im sure they could though. I found it a better program then nokia pc suite cause i couldnt get the bloody thing working.
Its called Oxygen Phone Manager 2 just search for it should be easy to find.
