confused about selling TA22 unfinished Project!

i'm having troubles selling my unfinished project TA22. . . what would a recomended price be for the car? it's in undercoat, most rust and dent work done, 2TG twin cam, twin, twin 40mm solex carbies cross flow heads, engine starts first go, every go. new tyres, interior reappolstered a couple of years ago, early 1972 model with the fuel tank in the floor, fuel cap between the flat tail lights. it's been converted to a 5 speed, all the chrome in good condition for age. 124HP from the factory. new mastercylinder. heaps and heaps of spare parts . . . even the original owners manual, ground up restoration 4 years ago, last owner had car 22 years (female . . . her ex husband rebuilt it)AND the powers put to the ground through a Limited Slip Diff. how much should this be worth? and i'll deliver th car in sydney...
