Why cant i change my avatar pic??????

I keep trying to change it but it wont change?
And its not that the file is too big either. It says next to it that an administrator has to OK it. How long does this take and is this the source of my problem???

What's it supposed to be?
You used to have a car and a dog right?
Now it's an AE86 with deep dished wheels?

Have you tried flushing your cache (temporary internet files)?
