 twin piston rear calipers @ 18mm

anyone know of any easy-to-get toyota twin piston rear calipers that normally reside on 18mm thick rotors? dia anywhere around 260-280mm would be fine.
and the bonus $64,000 question, what is the mounting hole c-c dimension of these calipers (or any other offset info you might hve too  )

yeah, theyre proabably a little big to straddle a pissy 268mm rotor though...
or perhaps... hmmm

Simoto twin piston calipers as found on the RT132 could be made to the right width with a spacer. Like some people do to fit vented disks. The bolt spacing is 90mm

And dopn't forget the Ovlov 2 and 4 spots. They are cast iron though and the 2 spots have a pretty shitful pad surface area.

Z32 300ZX and R32/33/34 Skylines.  I know , they are not toyota.
I can check the mounting hole dims on the 300Zx ones, as that is what I am using. But if you stick with the MA61/MS123 disc, the Nissan ones will be hard to fit due to the leg length of the caliper mounts.
MA70 are single piston rears.
SW20 early are single piston and have the integral handbrake. The later ones are 22mm, but neither will fit as the body is too 'deep' and interferes with the rear shock. Been there done that 
I think the beemer rears are single piston as well.
