hey dudes,
I currently have a 1987 Toyota corolla twincam. The body on it is immaculate but has a blown motor and rego was cancelled a long time ago. It has 120,XXX on the clock but will need a motor (thanks 2 my brother). It needs a re-spray and is red in color. Interior wise its immaculate like the day it came out of factory, It sits approx 3inchs lower thanx to some Pedders springs and shocks. I dont know what to do with it. Financially i can afford to fix it but im unsure if i would get a good price for it once its complete. Should i let her loose or should i bring her back to life.

depends if you can do the work yourself or whether you're paying someone else to do it

personally I wouldn't take it if you were going to sell it straight away after fixing it up. Also I personally would never take any car with a blown motor if I wanted a daily driver (is it going to be a long term project) in that case I would, but be prepared when you sell it if you spend a lot of money on it to say bye bye to the money you spent on it as you probablly will not get it back, defently keep it for a while before selling it so you can get your moneys worth out of it before selling it
