Best Place to spray paint

Just trying to think where I could spray paint a few panels without making a whole heap of mess. Our garage is kind off open plan with stuff everywhere and don't have a shed I'm just not sure how much more paint goes everywhere with compressor compared to with a spray can. I haven't bought a comp yet...just thinking. Do you reckon you could put together a whole heap of ardboard boxes and make your own dodgy spray booth?
My bonnet needs a respray and my gf just had a prang and will most likely need a front guard sprayed.
Thanks

make a big tent sort of construction.
just secure some sheets from a rope strung from your house.
it should be fine, depends what you use tho
if you use acrylic it will dry before it even touches anything, but 2pac will be much longer

Yeah I've heard about that spray booth that you can hire
even places that you fix your car's mechanical stuff like hire a garage per hour rate
