Blitz twin k26's on 1jz Mon, 07 June 2004 01:40 Go to next message
Hey Guys,
I'm starting to build up parts for my 1jz 180sx project. I already have a Haltech ecu ready to role and some other bits and pieces (still have to sell my current car though! Smile
I was thinking aftermarket turbo's and have an offer to buy a Blitz k26 turbo kit (twin) from a reputable seller in Japan.
Just wondering if anyone has any experience with these suckas on a 1jz? I know fitting entails changing fuel system etc etc just curious what your opinions are.
My power aim is around 600 engine hp's on Toyota's magical std internals.

Depends which housing you get with them. I've seen some monster exhaust housings on those things that would take 15 minutes and 20,000rpm to start spooling on a 1JZ.
