I've seen gold, red, white and yellow but I'm guessing the yellow wasn't a standard colour.

i would say that yellow was a standard colour,red,silver,dark blue,sky blue,white,metalic brown/bronze

Colors i have seen and owned :
Yellow
Silver
Dark blue , like navy blue
Light Blue Metallic
Light green Metallic { Have one Bloody shit color }
Two Shades of white { well its like off white }
Metalic brown
Bronze
And there where a few Silver and Black two tones ones
{Have one}
Callifo
Is your car a original Silver/Black two tone , from SA , They where a ordering mistake for what i heard from the marketing department at Toyota at the time , and i think they all where sold in SA .

id say yellow was definately available standard. there is a lady who is like 80 who drives one from caloundra. doubt shes the type to get a custom colour.
