Michael Knight befriends Robin Ladd, a female Army Lieutenant, whose father a top colonel, has died in a suspicious traffic death. When the two (along with K.I.T.T.) begin to investigate the ghastly incident they uncover a sinister plot to steal nuclear weapons.
