Immobiliser points (4afe) Sun, 13 June 2004 07:31 Go to next message
Just wondering which points (need 2 or 3) I should/could chose to connect my immobiliser up to? I really would prefer to do it at the ecu.
Wiring diagrams would be great! It's a 4afe in an ae92.

Thanks in advance

why would someone want tpo steal a 4afe engined car

one cut is the start

the other is power to the coil

but on the other hand i hate alarms they are fukt

some play up so u get dodgey power to what ever u cut

sytarter doesnt matter
but coil or ecu power i leave alone

u could try cuttin the fuel pump trigger

Yep you can immobilise:
-Starter motor
-Fuel Pump
-Injectors / coil
-ECU Ignition

and heaps more that I couldn't be bothered thinking of.

Just do the Fuel pump and starter and it should keep any half arsed theives away... anyone who seriously wants your car will take it anyway... be it by driving it or towing it or more commonly these days peoples homes get broken into and keys stolen
