does anyone know where i can downlaod a program that allows me to cut out parts of a midi file?
i need it because i have this cd full of midi files (ringtones), but they are all full length (about 3-5 minutes), whihc is too big to download to my phone. i only need a REALLY SIMPLE program, like the sound recorder on windows (which doesnt open midis). ive downloaded a couple already but they are for djs i think, because they have this mixing board interface, and channel setting and stuff i dont need.
