Handbrake Wont Lock

My Handbrake wont lock the back wheels, not even in the wet, i've adjusted the back brakes, the pedal feels hard again, and the handbrake holds the car on a hill, but just wont lock up when driving, so no hand brakies?

you'd be suprised how easy it is to get the wheelSSS spinning with a welded diff..
hehe highly not recommended for your everyday car.

Fattony: yea, i found that out the other day, when i applied the brake with the handbrake, on a hill going down in the wet, i pretty much slid all the way down the hill.
ae95; their drums on the back.
