well fuck it I'm going to call my Camry a Celica because my Camry has a 3S-FE in it some ST162 Celica had 3S-FE's thats what I'm seeing here yeah we will call the HK Monaro GTS a Kingswood and the HK Holden Brougham a Premier  yeah and while I'm at it I'll call my mates SS a Clubsport

i saw it when they were making it..
and have seen it a couple of times since...
its just a corolla with gt4 running gear...
the bates crew are now doing converions to road cars, aparantly.. for the hefty price of $20k, you to can have a rally bred sportivo corolla...

A AE86 is a Corolla. There isn't anything wrong with that IMHO. I would realy like a Corolla.

okay, i havent read all of this post but i'll give u all some facts...
AE86 models
Japanese Models
Corolla Levin (not sprinter)
Sprinter Trueno (not corolla)
Australian Models
Sprinter (not levin, not corolla)
American Models
Corolla GTS (neither sprinter, trueno or levin)
therefore... a JDM levin is a corolla. an Aus spec with similar levin nose is not a corolla nor a levin. it is a sprinter). It depends on where the car was released and in what spec as to what it is called.
but that aside... all levin, trueno, sprinter models stemmed from the corolla. I guess just like a Calais stemmed from a Commodore but they are not the same thing (thats what i've been told anyway. fuked if i know about that stuff)
get it straight!
now i might go read the rest of the post...
PS: V8_MA61 i dont believe there was ever an AE86 corolla sprinter

America also had the Corolla SR5 as well as the GTS, pretty much the same deal as Japan having GTV and GT-Apex.
