There are two hoses comming out of the throttle body one of which I know goes to the charcol canister, I'm assuming I should just plug it, but where does the other go?
In the second picture, what does this screw/thing adjust?

It does have a two wire plug comming out of it, which I didn't connect to anything. Could this be the reason the engine isn't idling? How should I adjust the valve?

thing is, my a/c idle up doesnt have that pot doobie with the vacum line out of the top of it like the one in your pic appears to have. so i cant be 100% that it is your a/c idle up.
the a/c idle up solenoid normaly only changes the idle when the a/c is turned on (raises idle to compensate the load), as long as the 2 pipes are conected correctly i cant see that it would do anything when unplugged.

have you tried winding the needle valve in or out and seen if it effects the idle in any way?

I think those two pipes are coming from the idle speed sensor. If so i'm pretty sure they should go to the water pipes down below. Anyone wan to correct me?

If you are talking about those two pipes pretty much in line with each other you will find they are vacum lines and they both run down to the pw/steering rack on the gz
