i think that your bodykit is sweet, and the paint is really nice, but i dont like all the puzzle graphics on the car, if they werent on the car it would look really cool. also, you should think about some sort of rear skirt, so that it all matches up with the front bar and side skirts.

I wanted 2 stand out as u can tell by the stripes on the roof. I was less then happy when i started to see them on evey car i wanted something different. Also the bonnet was scratched from removing the stripes and little dicks keept throwing eggs at my car Mad
I had to do something to fix it.

What big willie said. Get the rear skirt to sexy it up a bit...And those sticker...not so sure about them, whack on a Toymods sticker. Other wise it looks pretty good.

yes i agree but I'm not paying $1000 4 a 1 off rear bar when i will properly c it on the same car a couple of weeks later.
i like a car straight and tidy with a nice colour like Steve's car but i need it to have character as well.
thanks

i dont know where you got the idea it would cost you $1000 for a rear bar, but you should ring jetspeed, im sure they dont charge that much. i was think a rear bar would cost around 300-400 bux unpainted and fitted, and maybe a couple more hundred on top of that for painting and fitting.
correct me if im wrong, as i have never had any experience with bodykit prices, other that quotes for just the bar itself.

sweet ride mate, like everyone else has said, i also think the stickers are a little bit over the top, i also did a similar kinda thing, i had graphics up the side of my car, i thought it looked kewl, and i loved em, made my car stand out.

I took them off and had the whole car buffed up and now i see the car in a different light, and i think it looks 10 times better.

Have a look if you want, under members rides, Glenn's TOYCSX 1989 toyota camry csx

Other than the stickers i recon its a sweet arse car man, well done.

Cheers
Glenn

Re: ae92 corolla puzzle man, Check out my front bar fibre glass repairs Fri, 27 August 2004 11:02 Go to previous messageGo to next message
My front bar has gotten a bit beaten up over the last few years so I decided to give it a face lift and rebuild.
Did all of the work myself at my uncle's motorcycle repair shop.
http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/10/web/370000-370999/370203_194.jpg
Had to start off with removing the paint so the resin would stick to the original fibre glass, and then fill all the cracks and large damaged areas.
Then I had to sand all the re-fibre glassed areas until smooth and fill any small holes and imperfections with bog.
http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/10/web/370000-370999/370203_190.jpghttp://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/10/web/370000-370999/370203_191.jpg
After everything had been sanded back again we could get down to the business end prime it for painting.
http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/10/web/370000-370999/370203_192.jpg
The next picture is of her shiny new coat of paint....
http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/10/web/370000-370999/370203_195.jpg
And finally just to give it a bit of individualism we added these little silver details which match the side skirts.....

Craig had the puzzle pieces on the car when we first started to go to toymods meetings. Don't know what really happened but I think it all started with Danny and then it caught on and everyone just started to call him puzzleman. It's one of those nicknames that kinda stick with you. Smile

kayot1k,
You're the one who's buying spinner hub caps! Fully SIK!

This car is not to my taste, but for some reason I always check out the thread.

Keep it up Puzzleman
