bought a gti for $2500

i just bought my first car its a ae92 gti, in perfect condition.
is this a bargain. I love it, its stock but still think it goes good. it has heaps of power past 3 grand.
I am just wondering what companies make computer chips for them, and how much do they cost, and how much power increase will i get.

It's also very easy to pay the $ and 'feel' the improvement. Don't get sucked in too easily! Do a search of this site for all kinds of info on 4AG mods

i am in VIC bought it at a car yard in geelong, i thought it must be rough looking for $2500, but when i had a close look it was in awesome condition. $800 for 8kw is a bit expensive. is there anything cheaper on the market. any help would be great.
