Thats sweet!
CA18's are way under-rated. And can make a fair amount of power.
I don't want to make this sound like gospel but in a recent magazine there was an article stating that the CA18 has more in common with the RB-series of motors than the SR20.
Anyway wicked conversion, wish it was in a gloss black coupe though Razz

Yes read that to.. CA and RB series are similar.. I would prefer to do a all out CA then a SR.

750nm of torque from a 4act! Write an email to farmers and say u'll deliver their livestock with u'r sprinter!
Imagine what a ca18 would pull!
I actually saw the video before i read this. Explains the huge amount of smoke.

that is awesome, looks so effortless.

this is making me seriously re think the whole 4AGTE idea...

still, there is somthing tempting about making huge power at great expence with a 4age, rather than make huge power at moderate expense.

dont be a girl! Wink if you want something done right, do it with a toyota engineered engine!

ill be spending $8000 for a 220 hp 4age na tuned
i could have 3 ca18 installs for that much
why? coz NOTHING beats the sound of a tuned na 4a mmmmmmm yum!

after reading all this good work man, and for that price why the hell not,

iv done the whole 1.8LT in a sprinter and let me think under the bonnet including ecu prob 10K

and she still wasnt reliabile.

so for a car that makes ant power and parts that cheap good work.

any idea of a full price drive in drive out for a jdm coupe
