2jzgte, Aristo Cut Parts Wed, 21 July 2004 02:41 Go to next message
Hi Guys...

Have a bunch of 2jzgte parts available from an Aristo.

2JZ Twin turbo's complete... $700
2JZ 440cc/min injectors.. $350
2JZ A/c Compressor... $300
2JZ power steer pump.. $100
2JZ Auto gearbox... $450
Inlet manifold top section, Throttle Body...
Radiator, A/C condensor/evaporator, dash etc etc etc...

I'm not sure if any of the stuff is directly compatible with supra/soarer, I'll have a better idea when I strip most of it over the weekend Smile

Parts all in Brisbane...

BAW@hvacqld_dot_com

Cheers

Ben

Don't happen to have an airbag steering wheel with cruise control stalks?

I didn't think you were allowed to bring in un-expried airbag wheels...

I'll know 100% tomorrow when I view the cut before delivery Smile

May be interested in those injectors.. get some happy snaps if you can, and let me know when the thing is apart.

Shame 2JZ turbos don't fit up to a 1JZ, apparently not even close as the ports are different AND the exhaust stud pattern is different. But, if you are making a custom inlet and exhaust manifold anyway then you may look at running a 1JZ head (especially if you already have one ported or with cams) and then you can sell the 2JZ head complete with the turbos and inlet manifold to a lucky 1JZ punter.

I'll be sticking with the 2jz head Leigh... Not interested in pulling the head off, getting a 1JZ head faced, ported, stripped rebuilt etc etc... I'll be ringing the 2j's neck with bolt-on's Smile

From my quick observations the 2jz has slightly larger inlet ports for starters, and the lower section of the manifold is more condusive to custom manifolds Smile

I wouldn't have though it would have been TOO hard to fit the 2j turbo's to std 1j manifolds by use of twin adaptor plates??? just menas the turbo would sit 20mm odd further out...
