i have an 87 celica sx (3sge) and i want something with abit more character.
i have seen some 3sgte gt4 engines for around $2k and i'm just wondering if it would fit easily, i know it has a 4wd g box and is that easy to get around.
or..........are they any other engines or possibilities i could go for.

The gt4 engine(3sgte) can be fitted but it will need a bit of modding. engine moutns wil need to be changed slightly i believe, its best to probs upgrade them to HD items anyway. Also with the gbox ul have to block off the rear transfer to effectuvely make it FWD only. u'l also have to mod the CVs and change somethin elsde - i cant rememebr what it is. other than that ecu will have to be changed and yeah...
yes you have been asking this question in almost every thread so far, here is what you do.
Go to the general car talk section -> go into ST162 dedicated thread -> go to page 5 -> 7th post down is one with big Orange letters spelling ATTENTION, read that post and don't ask this question again.
