Anyone know the story (if any?) behind this car?

Probably just a case of downgrading the car but hasn't sold the numberplates yet... but an amusing site none the less!

I think it is the " go fast " stripes that makes it eat v8's or, is it the quicksilver mag wheel covers, that make is glide thru the air.

It could be a sleeper, but why the hell would you wanna put personalised plates to ruin the image, that would be pointless.

thats IS a photochop cause i saw a xE70 corolla down the coast one night with those EXACT plates, it was white, and had huge tyres on the back

it had 4 ppl and it lined up a S13, the S13 had 1 person and it got absolutely raped, i know that this particular S13 is good for hi 13's
