phone me tomorrow on 0418883399
look up auto trader . co .uk
or
findit.co.uk
or
loot.co.uk
full of cossies buy why the 3 door of it is not a rs500
the saphirre 2wd is more value for money and easily available
buy a dark metalic coloyr such as majenta red or slate grey not white moonstone blue or silver the darker colours look better
i bought 1 bout 4 years ago before i come here
90 majenta red 2wd sapphire
330bhp chipped, stainless steel exhaust,rs500 intercooler wscort cosworth wheels full bilstein suspension
car was stolen recovered but had a tracker and was recovered 2 miles from where it was stole
cost me 300 pounds to fix door and steering lock and imobiliser
and purchaced car for 1750 pounds with 97000 miles full service history and 2 owners
was a great car until a 130 mph incident with a wet road with a diesel spill earlier and a chicken house needless to say there wasent much of the car left and was lucky to walk away from it

Sheeesh thats cheap for a cossie...
I Almost bought one about 5 years ago..RS500..thankfully i had it inspected by a panelbeater before purchase, turned out to be a cut and shut.
Does this bloke in pommie land also deal in TVR Griffiths? always loved them...could probably swing enough cash if they were half the price they are in Australia *grin*

I'm wondering whether there are any other hidden costs with this?
import duty, GST, etc
i've met that fireman from Penrith, last time I was at his house, he had a black Escort Cosworth parked in the driveway which he'd just bought.
Apparently he does servicing for Cosworths.
Since my acco, I've been thinking bought a race car of some kind.
What's a typical price for a 2wd Sapphire sedan?
Any idea of what spec the V6 Sierra/Sapphires were?
I'd seen ads a while ago for a few of these with a twin turbo kit!
Less power than a cosworth, but heaps more torque at half the revs.
