And you thought your 86 would not get anymore expensive.
Unconfirmed sources in HK have alerted me that there is a bunch of HK enthusiast making Initial D live action movie. Currently filming in Japan.
Just when you thought the craze is over. Its sending prices of the ae86 sky rocketing through out asia. As much as $30,000Aud for a decent clean Trueno. Not even panda.

I've heard of stories where japanese guys have already brought back some aus spec ae86s.
Obviously over there, they've got heaps of parts, so it'll be up to JDM spec in no time.. Plus it'll be cheap.

It may be in mandarin, but I doubt it.

i reckon the movie would be good. i heard they were filming it early last year and probably still filming now.
either its really good quality drifts, or they can do jack S**t after so long,
or they crashed too many trueno already and cant afford to buy more coz the price is already so high..

Wow, that sucks donkey balls. I downloaded the first series of Initial D, and in the middle of the battle with the Sil-eighty I believe episode 18? They changed the language from Japanese to Cantonese. This annoyed me greatly, because the voices and accents changed dramatically. Turned me right off watching any more of it. Had to download the series 1 battle feature to find out what happens

ahah u got the crappy canto subed ones. If u keep looking on bit torrent u can get high quaility jap talking with english subs, every episode i have is in jap so just keep looking
