Hi im looking to run foxtel to my computer ... i have foxtel already .. so what do i need to buy in order to play it on my computer ??
A TV tuner card right ?
What if i want to watch HDTV on the computer too .. ?? anyone has a setup and can explain what i need to do ?

i wanna do the same thing. but have no idea how. theres some pretty cool hdtv cards out there now. about $180-200 gets you one with all the capturing options and a remote and all that shit. to bad all my money keeps going into my cars.

can't play foxtel on computer, or at least not that i've seen. the nearest you could do is have a video capture card and just use the computer like a tv, but the fox is still being processed and controlled by the fox box. as for hdtv, and a bit about fox digital, go have a look at www.dtvforum.info - very active australian digital tv forum

Fox can easily be unscrambled on a pc, but the quality can sometimes be shit.
