Countless more examples exist, but i got tired of looking.

With 46 views and only 4 replies at this point in time its to be hoped that my bringing the "brought and bought" debasemant of the english language to the top of the list again this misuse of the words will get a further airing...STR8 2.8 you have brought to the attention of the forum my pet hate..I am surprised no others have bought in...
My next favourite is "Plice" for police then its the evergreen "fatally(or mortally) killed"(an ABC radio standard)....reverted back....ATM Machine.....etc etc and then down into the depths of coded gibber...

I get more than worried when I see some of the language used by members on this forum. People somehow cannot grasp the difference between "of" and "off".
This error is even in Mookie's "Have any guys been taken advantage off by girls ???" thread title that must have been read about a thousand times now.
I agree with Str8_2.8 because I have been considering a similar thread to this... I am just not quite as bored as him so I have never done it.

You should try chatting to someone that's dyslexic. Some of the shit that he comes up with is totally illegible.

lol lol
it does get quite annoying how no-one uses the right word anymore- the incorrect uses of apostrophes and abbreviated words.
theres nothing more annoying than seeing a public sign saying
"video's"
"fish and chip's"
"were the best in town"
"80's"
bah! the humanity!
