Now if the noise gets louder with the revs, isnt that usually noise from the alternator?

Nah i would have thought its coming from the body of the car itself, like the alternator is connected to the battery yeah?
Well my thoughts were that its the speaker wire which is touchin the metal frame (being negative) and as the car is running the alternator is changing the amount of power???

Not sure though
