TWINKY- Yeh mate, the zepters came off my corolla, the 30 tyres is a bit rough on the road, but they need to be to keep the speedo accurate. I think 40 just makes it ok too.

ROCKIN- The springs will fit the ae82 twin cam but only on the front, the rears are different. I'll send a pic when i get home

VBGZE- I dont reakon thats steep considering i pait $480 only 8 months ago. Its almost half price. If someone is willing to take all 4 i'd consider a bit cheaper.

Re: sx seca and 4agze stuff Sat, 21 August 2004 05:24 Go to previous messageGo to next message
Yes the gze intake will bolt on to the 100kw head, all you would need would be the computer so it could control the SC and it has different fuel mapping etc.
The only thing, is that the 100kw has the alt where the supercharger sits, so you would prob have to relocate the alternator to the front of the motor.
I will email you photos of the gear when i get home.
The 100kw is a small port motor, the gze intake in the photos is a bigport, which will not match up, but i have a small port gze manifold too off my mates motor, which will adapt to the 100kw.
Anyway you'll hear from me soon.
Tim

no offence taken,
The $80 are probably for insert type shocks found on commodores etc.
The corollas use a full strut type shock
Tell me where i can get them for $80, id be most interested.
These are the part numbers:
Front - 35-0216, 35-0217
Rear - 35-0213, 35-0214
Strut mates - 63620 x 2 (Front)
Strut mates - 63618 x 2 (rear)
The shocks also have monroe "Strut Mates" which are all new bump stops and rubber sleeves worth $20 each

hey am interested in extractors and low king springs.
how much performance gain could be expected with the extractors bolted onto 4A-GE? Also if king springs were fitted to standard AE92 SX suspension will there be any bump stop rubbing etc?
I live in brisbane what would happen with shipping etc?
email me if you like wet_willy127@hotmail.com

Here is a pic of the shocks as they are now.
Pic was taken on wednesday, i only took a pic of 2 but the others are in the same condition.
You can see the "Strut Mate" kits fitted to them, which are new bump stops, and a rubber protector boot covering the shock.
