Got it in season 2 off bittorrent last week.  I hadn't seen it for years before then, I left the bit out about toasting the meat "bread" as well. 
So technically, I did remember it.  No need to call me a liar. Go punch yourself.

The band is called Ugly Duckling, & their albumn is called 'Taste the Secret'. The first single was Meatshake (I haven't heard it) but I saw their second song - The Drive Thru - on Rage the other night (& googled Meatshake to find the site).
