Hi, this is just a bit about my 1983 Toyota Sprinter Aus-Spec, This is my first car and im 15.

ENGINE: it is still the standard 4AC but its been rebuilt, and has a hot dog muffler.

INTERIOR: New maroone carpet, "S" seat covers

BODY: Stock apart from the lower-sections of doors being painted black, it has new front and rear bumpers

SOUND SYSTEM: Pioneer MP3/WMA headunit, Pioneer 4" 100W front speakers in stock location, Sony Xplod 4" 110W rear speakers, Jaycar 300W x 1 amplifer powering a Profile 200W subwoofer in Autotecnica sub box

I have had this car since Feburary, and it had a seized engine and it was a bit rough all around, but my dad and I did a pretty good job of fixing it up

I am getting my car sprayed in the next few weeks.

you can't go past white!!!

the sprinter shape just works so well with it.

But mine is gonna be a supper 'off white' almost like a cream colour thingy! Smile

original toyota winter white is nice too.
that's fairly off white.

nothing worse than seeing a sprinter sprayed in a 'fully sick' WRX super white that makes the car.

1. Too bright to see it's nice shape.
2. The car's bits bobs and fittings look seriously tired from the spray job.

i also have another sprinter, but it is damaged looks like it went into a street pole like a stop sign. The sill is bent up and it has some rust around taillights, fuel filler. I want to start fixing this one soon, and just wondering what paint i should do it in. Any suggestions?

go for a purple, or a blue, they always look good

there are too many white ones going around now, if everyone does it, it wont be cool anymore

I was so close to deciding to paint my car a really dark green, but I think Ive made up my mind to keep it blue if/when I respray it.
I would never go white, theres enough around as it is!

I am seeing a total gut job and a full restoration from a JDM doner car so it's back to JDM factory specs.

This thing is good enought to be thrown in a toyota museum.

BTW, has the car been resprayed or is it original?
