AE82 20valve

1986 AE82 Corolla
- 4AG silver top 20v
- Microtech LTX8 (brand new) and wired up.
- twin GZE coils
- AE92 GTi gearbox
- brand new clutch
- AE82 twin cam tank with EFI pump
- disk brake rear (not fitted)
Needs little things like hoses, plug leads, fuel lines and exhaust to get it running. And a blue slip, it's been out of rego for a while.
I bought the car with the intention of racing it but the plans changed. I then decided that it might make a nice runabout with the 20v that I had sitting in the corner. Now I just have too many projects on the go to finish it off. Would be a good start for a turbo 20v project.
Complete i want $2700, but will consider wrecking it if there is enough interest. I mainly need the car out of my hair!

Hey there,
If you part it what sort of dollars would you be after
for the shell less motor,box,computer setup ???
I'm after a shell to swap my TwinCam running gear into as
my shell has had it... But I do what a complete car just
less the above.....

anthony id be a little bt careful before you question darren reputation regarding cars. firstly the guy is a fully qualified mechanic who worked as a mechanic for a number of years before a career change. if u have a look in the KE corolla dedicated thread and see the specs of his "fun" car then u will realise this guy builds serious machinces. you'd be hardpressed to get a 20v alone for ur asking price, and its an absolute joke to tell u the thruth, did u miss the part in darrens post where it also says it has an LSD gearbox as well? the engine is bolted in and ready to go, cleary u can also see the car has extractors on it too, all the car needs to get running is a few cooling hoses and the fuel lines and stuff hooked up. i suggest u make your way out of this thread and to save your own reputation if u wana still act like a dick do it thru a PM.

Like I said Anthony, i'll burn it before I sell it to you. I'm in a position where I don't need to take crap off anyone.
I am in no hurry to sell it, I don't need to sell it, Come to think of it I may even have neglected to reply to some PM's. Sorry if I did.
