I have a LT2000 and limited money what can i do to improve the performance. im thinking a webber carb and race cam

Add a set of extractors as well and you have the first three limited budget performance mods you can do for a normally aspirated motor.

Keep your eyes open for a cheap 18R-G; you'll probably find swapping in one of these will be cheaper than cams, carbs and exhaust for an 18R-C. The results will be much better too!

yeh look round for a 18r-g, i was supprised to find a good mate of mine had one sittin in the back of his shed and he sold it to me for $100 seen as he was a bit strapped 4 cash

Yah - 18R C (what you have) is a horrible piece of gear at any rate!
