heya guys i have a complete 4afe injected motor from a ae92 corolla, complete with gear box, this unit has air con and pwr steering all still attached, only done 120,000klms runs great only removed from car due to gze install!! offers around $480 for the lot, does not come with computer or loom, so this would be great for some one wanting to update their tired 4afe with a cheap fresher unit!!

not really in need of it at the moment but would be a good spare for the gfs car. Would only need the engine, I'll check and see how this post goes Smile

What happened to the loom/comp. This setup ewould be good for a larger than standard go kart/ billy kart

Absolutely, but without the computer and loom it will not run. You will also need to do a fuel injection conversion - if yours is already a fuel injected model then you will have a 4AGE which is a better engine.

For anyone interested, I had a 1989 AE90 Corolla sedan with a 6AFC and upgraded to a 4AFE when the stocker went 'bang'. This is actually a pretty good little upgrade for anyone with a smaller/carby A-series engine... but without the loom and computer it is proabbly only good as a replacement or spare for someone who already has one.

may be able to source the loom and computer form a wrecker but it is likely to be expensive.
