that is my old car. still has the axion sticker under the mirror in the first shot, and most of the rest of my somewhat dodgy mods... that i could list, but ill save you. you would have to be pretty impressed with how i managed to fit a surge tank up under there in that little area between the spare wheel well and that chassis cross rail.. pretty close the exhaust though.. glad to see i didnt blow anyone up with my handy work. good luck with it.

15" 2 piece Charcoal colour Superlites Classics series, the brand which made rims for mini coopers. Back then they use for mini cooper race cars Very Happy.

Britain Brand

Your right Skaney, just got confused with the other brand..
Their Performance rims, so their australian rims.

Look at the similarity between the two

Left is the Superlite brand from Britain
Right is the Performance brand from Australia

When I was looking at my new Performance rims I was suprise different colour has different cost even with the same model. I had a few choices.

Nomral polish, Black, Gold, Charcoal
----------------------------------->
THE MORE EXPENSIVE - $100 more for a different colour

Hey Siggy, nice ride man! Looks very tidy, can I ask why you didn't get the bumpers sprayed with the rest of the car? Nothing wrong with it, I just love the look of them when they are colour coded!
Love the wheels too!
cheers.

Yeah the wheels make the car look heaps better.

After reading through mini magazines from the UK (a few of my mates are into mini's) I discovered there are STACKS of variations on the minilite wheel style.

ps... I will soon have a pair of 16x7" superlites in the same colour(charcoal) for sale soon. Their only a few months old. PM me if keen anyone, dont want to clog up sigs thread!

ultimatechaos:
Hi ultimatechaos, the set of perfomance rims cost me 1 gran just 4 rims not including fitting and tyres.

ae86drift:
Hey Garth Very Happy, yes my car is finally ready next, I'll keep you contact. So we can go for a cruise Very Happy

WHITCHY:
Yes spraying the bumpers are looking too. Well I thought about spraying my bumpers red but I left them coz I thought it might be too overwhelm with the red since the side stripe are black and I like to have this red, black theme. I think if I 'm going to spray the bumpers red I have to take the side stripes away.
But then spraying bumpers cost. So i end up not spraying them.

Skaney:
Its alright, you gave me a bump n'way ha Very Happy

Hey Evan

Yes I'm actually making a new grill myself at home Very Happy . It will turn out something like the Skyline GTS V grill. Shown on the photo at the bottom is an example of what it will turn out on an ae86.

http://memimage.cardomain.com/member_images/8/web/524000-524999/524858_33.jpg

For people who is wondering... Thats a project ae86 from a modification workshop in japan. Their phone 0463-87-9556 not including all the overseas # extension. Good luck with the language.

I 'll take some picture of the process on the grill soon Very Happy

Thanks Lucid...

On the photo it look quite nice but if you look at it in real life, its not as good as the one on the photo.. like you can see a few light scratches..

I suppose to finish everything in 2 weeks ago, but a woman came into the drive way and hit me ... you can see a dint on one of the photo which showing the left side of my car.
The dint is next to my left rear wheel.
