ST141 / 2s-c Oil leaks. Replace ment motor

I have a corona 1984 (ST141), with a 2s-c motor . My rocker box keeps leaking oil. I have tried using the Toyota glue ( red silicon) and other similar gules. It doesn;t seem to matter what I use the rocker box keeps leaking oil. My mum also has one ST141 and it leak oil too. Also I have to replace my head gasket for the 2 nd time.
Dose anyone know how to stop the rocker box leaking?
And Is there any replacement motor that:
Is economical to run
Doesn;t leak oil.
Isn;t to high performance (turboed etc)
Easy to get
Easy to install
Regularly available
Runs well on GAS.
