MK2 mx23 Coupe with damage - whats it worth?

I've come accross a colleague who loves old toyotas, and drives around and old mx13 mk2. (corona for those who dont know) He has been telling me about a 2 door coupe mx23 he has.
It has been thrown into a tree on the passenger side, To fix it, itd needs:
- New rear 1/4 panel - I dont know if the one on it is fixable.
- New rear bumper - are 4 door ones interchangeable?
- New taillight - are 4 door ones interchangeable?
Thats it apart from a squirt of paint.
What is the car worth roughly? WOuld $400 be cheap?
It is Auto, complete and runs. Was driving around until crashed. very little rust at all.

Perhaps allow him the flexibility of asking a few wreckers what they would want for it and offer him that amount. Personally, I would just offer to take the car off him for free - it sounds fucked (good for parts). Is this the one Leigh turned down a few weeks ago?
If you found one with a straight rear quarter panel, I would be buying that one and doing that one up.
The sedan taillights and rear bumper are not interchangeable.

nah its a different one to the one leigh had a look at.
thanks at least i know the lights etc cant be swapped now 
ill have a talk to him and see what i can organise. Perhaps a 4 door mx13 is the way to go.
the one leigh turned down they wanted too much money for. I was working for the wrecker who owned it at the time..
