there is a toyota wreckers called just toyota and they have an ooooold corona complete in ok condition not sure if it is the shovel nose one though

the one at the toyota shop is waaaay older looking than that however i happened to see a MINT looking one of those and thought of your thread, so i jotted down the rego number. Perhaps if you have connections you can get in contact with the owner and make an offer they cant refuse!

Was just randomly searchin and found this thread.
Thought I'd better contribute cos its hard to find any information on this beast. I recently picked up a RT84 for $200 with a 6R engine. If anyone has any information on possible engine swaps and bolt ups please let me know (seems to me like the 18R may be the way).
Check out my website for many pictures of the RT84 '71 Corona (which is very similar if not identical to the attached picture posted earlier).
