My dashboard has a cover on it, as it has slight cracks on it due to sun damage. The rest is fine.
How much are you willing to offer for it?
You could also try pick and pay less. I know there are about three Celica's the same year there, but not sure about their dash board conditions.
What exactly do you need? The top dash, including the speedometer, etc??

The wheels are the original mags that come with the RA60.
THe dash is yours if you want it, just make an offer.
